Quite, thanks to the net data transmission, any individual fortified of PC could reach directly to the sources from he wished, choosing and creating same he the “newspaper” based on that it interests more it or it hits that it. The new mass media moreover allow to cancel the limits of the space and of the time, they concur with the customer to make use anytime of the service and in any place, they render it subject active of the information and not more a simple passive reader. From a general point of view then, Internet, the net, the mass media, joins million and million persons approaches, them to a homogeneous cultural system, a kind of homogenization of tastes and ideas. At the same time the new medium they can offer to an infinite of news, comments, opinions, images that, second me, can degenerate in a information excess, an uncontrollable system in which the simple citizen it can get lost or, worse, to get confused and to be object of dangerous instrumental.
